My practice is built on a foundation of clinical science, but it’s shaped by real-world experience. I’m a Registered Dietitian who truly understands food—not just on paper, but in the kitchen.
My background includes a diploma in Culinary Management from Humber College and a career spent in diverse environments: from teaching diabetes-friendly classes to fueling endurance athletes on cross-Canada cycling tours. In my career I have been involved in menu planning within Island Health in Victoria and am also currently an instructor in Food Quality and Production at Langara College.
I take that "chef’s perspective" and pair it with my clinical training to help you find a way of eating that is both healthy and genuinely satisfying. I’m here to simplify the process so you can spend less time worrying about your diet and more time doing what you love.
